Frequently Asked Questions – Training Courses

What do I need to bring to the training course?

We will provide a workbook, notepad and pen, but please bring a drink bottle and any necessary snacks. Tea and coffee facilities are provided, and access to a refrigerator for your lunch and drinks.

What if I don’t pass?

If you do not pass, you may need to stay back and sit for a second assessment. You may also be required to sit the training again in the future. We do offer reassesments at a reduced rate for those not requiring to undergo the full training again. 

Do you do group bookings?

Yes, we do! We can also invoice as a group. We offer a discounted rate for group bookings of 10 or more students in a single course session. Please get in touch with our office for further information (08) 8340 6875.

What are your terms and conditions for bookings?

Will I get a certificate?

Yes, once your assesment has been marked and passed, will will post out your certificate. We can also supply a digital copy if requested. this process usually takes one week. 

What if I can’t make it or I am sick?

We would appreciate your giving us at least 48 hours’ notice. If you are sick, please do not attend. We have cancellation policies and can assess the situation at our discretion if the illness is the cause. 

Do you do online training?

Yes, we do! All online courses deliver an instant certification upon successful completion. Our extensive range of online courses can be found in the menu at the top of our website. 

We can also offer invoicing for large online course purchases. Please call our office on (08) 8340 6875 to arrnage.

Do you do remote training?

Yes. Our trainers can come to you for a small additional charge anywhere in metro Adelaide and a wide range of rural and Riverland areas. Remote or rural training is only provided for groups of 5 or more students. Please call our office at (08) 8340 6875 to find out more.

We also offer individual bedside training for carers of clients, which can be paid for using the participants NDIS funding if appropriate and in line with the clients NDIS plan.
