Frequently Asked Questions – Training Courses

What do I need to bring to the training course?

We will provide a workbook, notepad and pen, but please bring a drink bottle and any snacks you may require.

What if I don’t pass?

If you do not pass, you may need to stay back and sit a second assessment. You may also be required to sit the training again in the future.

Do you do group bookings?

Yes, we do! We offer a discounted rate for group bookings of up to 10 students. Please contact our office to enquire (08) 8340 6875.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes, we will post you a hard copy of your certificate and provide a digital certificate via email within 48 hours (about 2 days) of completing the course.

What if I can’t make it or I am sick?

We would appreciate it if you could give us at least 48 hours notice. If you are sick, please do not attend.

Do you do online training?

We are currently developing our online courses, so please look out for an update end of February 2023.

Do you do remote training?

Yes. Our trainers can come to you for a small additional charge. Please call our office to find out more (08) 8340 6875.
