Course Introduction

Introduction to the basics of a Home Support Worker role. Useful tips and tools, as well as universal policies and procedures applied to the in-home and community care industry. Thorough and compliant documentation is a requirement of the NDIS and Aged Care commissions for all service providers. This course will instruct you on documenting a client’s progress after a shift, reporting incidents and recording medical treatments provided.
