CMO & Operations Manager – Lisa Lynch
Hello, I’m Lisa,
I was part of the conception and growth of this wonderful centre. I have worked in business and marketing for many years and am passionate about quality care for our communities, particularly in the disability industry.
I oversee the Skills Centre Australia team, supporting them in running and growing their business. We are dedicated to ensuring that our communities receive the best-trained caregivers by creating and developing high-quality educational programs that are both informative and enjoyable.

Clinical Trainer, Team Leader – Bethany Potter
Hi, I’m Beth, Skills Centre Australia’s newest clinical trainer. I am an experienced RN with a rich history in the Disability and Aged Care industry.
I have worked in many different roles in this sector, including hospitals, right through to case management.
I am passionate about training, especially for Case Managers, and I look forward to welcoming you to the skills centre and promise you a great time learning.
Administration Officer – Jami Ernst
Hi there, I’m Jami. I run the administration here at Skills Centre Australia.
I will be your first point of contact for all bookings, invoicing, online training vouchers, and general enquiries.
I am here to help with whatever you need, and I would love for you to call me so I can assist you or your company with all your training needs.
Clinical Training Officer – Trish White
Hi, I’m Trish, the newest trainer here at Skills Centre Australia.
I am a trained EN and a qualified Client Service Manager with years of experience in the disability and aged care sectors.
I’m looking forward to working with you to achieve your caregiver goals and to help support our industry by providing more qualified support workers for our communities.
