Skills Centre Australia’s highly trained and experienced educators are here to assist you learn, grow, develop, and upskill in your carer or nursing career. All our Educators are highly trained and have worked as members of community and home care clinical servics for several years.

Our training team consists of experienced registered nurses and senior carers, so you can be assured of the highest quality training that draws on an in-depth understanding of the care industry and reflects real-life situations support workers face.

Business Operations & Development Manager- Rashelle Banks

Hi, I’m Rashelle

I have spent many years in leadership roles throughout the aged care and disability industry. In recent years, I was Head of Training and Development and was part of the conception and growth of Skills Centre Australia.

I am passionate about quality training and working to connect our company with like minded businesses to partner with. We would love to work with companies to train your staff or with individuals looking to upskill themselves. All are welcome here at Skills Centre Australia and I am your first point of contact to help make that happen.

Hello, I’m Lisa,

I too was part of the conception and growth of this wonderful centre. I have worked in business and marketing for many years and am passionate about quality care for our communitues, particularly in the disability industry.

I oversee the Skills Centre Australia team, supporting them in running and growing their business. We are dedicated to ensuring that our communities receive the best-trained caregivers by creating and developing high-quality educational programs that are both informative and enjoyable.

Clinical Training Officer – Georgie Cuming

Hi, I’m Georgie,

I have many years of experience as a Case Manager in the Disability and Aged Care Sector and am also a qualified Enrolled Nurse with a rich history in nursing home care as an EN and I am passionate about clinical training and assisting Support Workers to upskill themselves in the industry.

I love to ensure my classes are fun and enjoyable as well as educational, so give us a try. You wont be dissaointed! 

Georgie Cuming KC Skills Centre

Clinical Training Officer – Bethany Potter

Hi I’m Beth, Skills Centre Australia’s newest clinical trainer. I am an experienced EN with a rich history is he Disability and Aged Care industry.

I have worked in many different roles in this sector including hospitals right through to case management.

I am passionate about training, especially for Case Managers ann I look forward to welcoming you to the skills centre and promise you a great time learning.

Administration Officer – Jamilee Ernst

Hi there, I’m Jami. I run the administration here at Skills Centre Australia.

I will be your first point of contact for all bookings, invoicing, online training vouchers, and general enquiries.
